The Perfect Idea How To Cheer Up Your Christmas Table!


The time has come, people. The most magical moments of the year are knocking on our door. In this part of the year the person’s age doesn’t matter, everybody gets out the children from itself. We all enjoy the sweet, idyllic atmosphere by the home fireplace. And there are the presents, the rich Christmas table… I’m sure that you already have an idea what present to buy for your darlings, and can’t wait to see the smile in their faces. I know that you will prepare some delicious food for your family. After the main meal you can increase their happiness with specially made, eye-catching cookies prepared by your own – DIY cookies. Christmas theme cookies
200g self raising flour;
100g butter, plus extra for greasing;
1 tsp vanilla extract;
100g caster sugar;
1 large free-range egg, lightly beaten.
Decorations: fondant icing in color you wish your decoration is, sprinkles, small chocolate balls, grain and all the decoration things you can imagine.


Heat the oven to 180C.
Mix the caster sugar and flour together. After that with your fingertips rub in the butter until the mixture takes the look of the breadcrumbs.
Add the vanilla essence and the egg and fuse and form a soft dough.
Roll out onto a floured surface and cut into the shape you desire your cookies look like. Place it on baking sheets sprinkled with grease and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until it gets golden brown.
